Attractions in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
The red hot sunsets in the earths bathed by the Pacific Ocean are engraved in the memory of whom observes them!

Puerto Vallarta has grown from a small village into a world–famous city with an aura of steamy tropical romance. It is impossible not to get caught up in the elegance of this place, the beauty of its beaches, its immense bay and its abundance of marine fauna.
Dolphins frolic in the bay nearly all year round. From February to April, visitors can spot pilot and other kinds of whales. Locals say that in April, during the mating season, stingrays can be seen leaping out of the water during their courtship rituals. On some beaches, the sea turtles still nest. From August to November, study fields are dedicated to these animals.

In addition, whales often cross the blue waters of Puerto Vallarta, especially from November to March when they give birth. Along the seacoast, rising up steeply behind is the large isolated reef of Los Arcos and its fascinating caves. Further along, visitors will reach Las Caletas, one of the most typical, romantic and secluded areas of this zone.
The oceanic breezes of the Gulf of Banderas are perfect, especially for visitors who like boating.

The palapas, characteristic of Mexican architecture, are roofs made from palm coppers. They create a tropical and holiday atmosphere.
The restaurants welcome their diners onto terraces covered by these palapas. Here, delicious fish can be savoured, while sipping the most exquisite tropical fruit drinks.
Also, not to be missed are the Gemelas and Mismaloya beaches and, a little further to the south, Boca de Tomatlán, a golden beach, surrounded by the green landscape of Mexico.
